Greg was called to the Bar in 1978 and is a life long resident of Kitchener-Waterloo. He has lectured on a part
time basis in Business Law and Internet Intellectual Property Rights at Conestoga College, Sheridan College
and Wilfrid Laurier School of Business.
His areas of expertise include Mergers, Acquisitions, Finance and Corporate Re-organization. The firm's client
base includes Lending Institutions and several large local corporations.
Greg is also on the Board of Advisors of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs at the campus of Wilfrid
Laurier as well as the Board of Directors of the Kitchener Downtown Business Association. |
